I have never been so disgusted in a restaraunt before like this Panda express. 2 order completely messed up and tried to talk to a maria, which is like talking to an alien. doesn't understand any thing to fix mess. Phones just ring for ever and nobody answers. And then her. They need to send her to Bejing to talk and understand a little English. This was the last visit my company, and myself will give them. Brain dead, i assume!

I would put negative star if they allow me to. I ordered my food for Dine-in and they still pack up all the food which is fine it's whatever. But one of the employee named Jacob clearly wasn't paying attention when we order our food and when he screwed up, I corrected him and he even roll his eyes, slow on service customer, it's not even busy at that moment. They need customers service training so bad.

I have to rate their service that I observed. Seems like the manager just didn"t care of the long lines in the drive thru and at the cashier. Waited for a long time for the order. Seems like the workers are doing their own thing ignoring their manager what to do. No teamwork at all.
