Location is new and shiny. Really nice staff. I didn't think the "spicy" chicken was as spicy as other Popeyes locations, which I would have preferred. Great value, our family lived off the 14 piece meal for couple days. Great value.

Nice seating. Friendly. Easy to get to. Food good. Love their spicy chicken tenders, red beans & rice.

Went on a Monday. It was really slow when I went in. Didn't have any mild chicken as they ran out. That happens quoted me 8 minutes before it was done cooking. Which was fine. 20 minutes later I got my food. No sorry for the wait. Took the food home and it seemed a little under cooked.beans and rice was almost all rice. I did like the mashed potatoes.

Staff is incontinent! Manager does Not know how to resolve issues with your order. I ordered a Special that was flashing on the board for $19.99. 9 pieces of chicken, 2 sides & 6 biscuits. The cashier did not know how to order this special, so (in a hurry because other food was getting cold)I was forced to order something different. The man behind me walks up & orders the same special & he gets it. So I asked if they could make it up to me in some way, the manager said "yeah if you pay the xtra money!" Really? I have Never experienced this at any restaurant, Ever! They usually make it up to you in some way so your a Happy Customer & return there. Not this one! Also, it took a total of about 25 minutes for the entire process! The customer behind me who was able to order what I ordered said it was because I was "white?" Its hard to believe in this day & age that this is the reason my order was not taken correctly! Is it my fault their staff did Not know how to ring up their own Special offers? No! The manager does Not have the skills necessary to resolve issues!!!! I wont be back to this location! Ever!!

Female manager very unprofessional. One employee is running in and out of the kitchen playing with a significant other in the seating area and serving food without washing his hands. Manager is complaining at the only employee that was working telling him everything was wrong. Food was ok at best.
