Came in 15 mins before close and were still given every courtesy and hospitality by the crew working. At fast foods chains the food is pretty consistent and Panda Express is no different. Whether I get the food in Texas, Washington, or Arizona; it is the same taste and quantity. Service is what differentiates the locations and this location here is clean and friendly. If you are in the mood for Chinese inspired American fast food, then this is a great place for that.

Not sure what changed they were fine when they 1st opened the service was really bad, rude. Then my whole order was wrong I got rice instead of chow mein, some kind of large red drink instead of a medium lemonade. I should have known something was up when they were not busy during the lunch rush time. Waste of my only lunch hour.

This visit was bad. A week prior I was told that the entrées could be purchased in the small boxes. As I am a senior, and I don't eat a lot, I purchased two of the smaller boxes expecting the price to be less that the $8 I normally pay. When it rang up to over $18 I asked to see the manager, and she told me that only the medium boxes were for the entrees and there were no exceptions. Well, that's not what I was told, and not what I was expecting so I told them to disregard my order for exactly the reasons I explained. The manager at the time was furious, and I have avoided that manager and that place of business since. Don't know if it was the manager who didn't know their product, or the person on the sales floor from the previous week. But the confrontation was embarrassing and uncalled for.

If you ever want someone to forget to put part of you order in the bag or mess up your food multiple time in a row go through the drive thru at this Panda Express. I’m pretty sure whoever runs the drive thru needs a different position or learn how to get your order right. I mean how hard is it to remember to put sauce on your rice or put egg rolls in your bag. Your foods great but your staff is by far the worst staff I’ve ever felt with. I want my money back...

Place is very clean..food is great But a staff member working am shift today 4.7.18 was rude and unpleasant to clients she had spanish speaking people come in and she wouldn't want to help or speak their language until the end.. And rudely asked me what we wanted to order
