The best thing about this iHop is that it’s very convenient and rarely busy. It’s a perfect location for a meal before heading to Lake Pleasant early since their open 24 hours. The parking lot is empty in the morning and that’s great for boaters to accommodate the truck and trailer. When we went, we had no wait, the place was empty and it was 6:30 on Saturday morning. It’s a clean restaurant and smells clean. The bathrooms are well kept and clean too. And of course the food is what you’d expect.

The WORSE non-dining experience I ever had. DO NOT GO! We waited 30 minutes and not one person came to our table. I told someone who looked like they were in charge, and was blown off. We eventually left without any service. Upon leaving, I asked for the manager's name, and the front person didn't even know how to respond. IHOP's culture has not changed. Their eating experience is ranked the lowest of all time. Go at your own risk, and if you have lots of time to waste. Good luck.

There's definitely an attempt to improve. Manager at front. Another manager walking around asking people if they're satisfied. We had a server in 1 minute after being seated. Order drinks and meal then in case he wasn't going to come back (based on reviews). But he was pretty good. He didn't have silverware and then brought check shortly after meal and mentioned to stay and enjoy but he was bringing it due to obvious waiting of people. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. But wasn't exceptional either. Here's the issue I see, it's trained adult managers trying to deal with a bunch of 20 year old wait staff that aren't trained how to work, move fast or hustle. Or are they trained how to talk to customers. If it was a restaurant full of experienced wait staff, it would be a different experience. Literally, there were 5 servers bussing off one table. Its because they all want to hang out. That's not hustling. Train these kids better and it will get better and stay open. I love IHOP so hate to see not doing well.

It was great yet again. Food was good, service was beyond amazing. Cleanliness was great. Will return to this one again. Ordered the steak meal on the breakfast menu and dinner menu, came out great.
