Wanted to give a shout out to Tina and Alex for taking care of us when we gave them the wrong item on our order (completely our fault), but they took care of it beautifully. We are customers for life! Food was delicious!

I had went to this location for dinner and ordered the french onion double burger to go. I had ordered this burger before and absolutely loved it and the best part was that it was a special $4 deal. Upon receiving the burger and driving home I had went to take a bite and the bun was EXTREMELY stale. I had called the manager and explained the situation and he told me to come in and ask for Juan. I drove 10 minutes back to Smash burger and told the cashier I needed to speak to Juan. After waiting 20 minutes another employee came up and asked if I had ordered a meal .I reexplained the situation and she told me she would go get the manger. She came back and told me that he would give me a new burger and refund my money. I gave 2 stars because previously working in the food industry I found it rude and unprofessional for the manager to let me sit for 20 minutes waiting and not even come out to speak to me.

Very bad experience with Smashburger yesterday. Hopefully it's isolated to only this location. I waited more than 5 minutes by the cash register to place my order and no one came out. When I went to the back to ask someone to help me, the employees were chatting in the kitchen and one of them literally shut the door in my face and asked that I wait a few minutes and they will be out there. I will never go back to that location.
