So for the first time I pull up to order and they don’t have white rice, about 20 minute wait. On a Saturday night, dinner time. Okay so we order brown rice. Then I order beef broccoli and guess what, no broccoli beef. Then I get my receipt so I can contact management and leave comments and my receipt is illegible. This place isn’t going to make it this way. What kind of management is this - I would truly recommend staying away from this place wait for the new restaurant they’re opening up

I got home to find that some of my food was missing. When I go to call the store, they don’t answer. So when I opened up the food I got, there was barely anything in there. I feel like I get way more food when I walk in rather then going through the drive through. I’m not happy.

Absolute worst management. The problems at this location has been continuous over the years and never get resolved. The manager lied to my face today after waiting in the drive through for over 25 minutes, she told me she was the only one working and that she had to cook and do register. I drove back to work about 10 minutes away only to realize they gave me the wrong order after that huge wait. I drive back to get a refund and find there are 5 employees working inside. So to recap.........i spent 50 minutes of my hour lunch break at this location and was still unable to eat. My work which is 10 minutes away from this location no longer does out lunch catering through Panda because of the horrible service at this location. It's clear that the problem is the management itself. Especially since the same problems have been happening for at least 3 years. The franchise owner should sell this location to someone who knows how to manage it so our community can have a Panda without having to drive all the way to Arrowhead location (who by the way are AWESOME and worth the extra drive time).

A very clean environment. The customer service was exceptionally great. All the food looked good and fresh.

so i go in to order my food with a party in front of me... yes they might’ve been taking a little bit longer than They should have been, but unfortunately the workers behind the line were being super disrespectful. to the point where they cut off their order and started to help me. In the midst of all of that a customer behind me spoke up and complained that one of the workers was being racist to another worker because she was ordering her around and disrespectful. Will definitely not be coming back when my race is not welcomed here. not to mention the only “clean” Area of the restaurant was the bathroom and that is an understatement of clean. I hate to be that person but I honestly thought was walking into Walmart when I was trying to order my food, everyone seemed like they hated their job.
