Customer service was good, the crew was very friendly and accommodating considering they were currently out of several items. Food was good and reasonably priced... only problem was a customer tried to cut in line before us but this was not subways fault. All in all a pleasant experience!

On Jan 3, 2018 customer service was horrible. The young ladies were rude, attitude was as if they didn't want to be working, the one that took me for a loop was, that they say they they take no bills in 50's but the order was a $30 order. AND, they never have certain breads, that are usually stocked in other Subway locations. It's only with this staff of young ladies. When the other staff is in, much friendlier service, and we spent $40 dollars a week ago there (Paid with a $100 bill). The General manager may want to have a sit down with these ladies before it hurts the business. It is in such a beautiful place and within minutes if I wanted to walk. But if those young ladies are in there, I'll just wait until the much friendlier staff is in.

This Subway continues to provide poor customer service. Each time I have stopped in there always seems to be a manager training staff during lunch hours, and the staff are too busy following their manager into the back area to attend to their customers. And try getting napkins... Napkins are usually left out and when you go up to ask for napkins the staff refuse to make eye contact and ask you how they can help. The problem seems to be the manager/ trainer sets a bad example. She trains staff during lunch hour, and as customers come in she is more interested in continuing to train the staff on the new inventory system or taking her staff into the back prep area then she is in setting a positive customer service example. She should put the training on pause and direct her staff to attend to customers. It seems the franchisee doesn't care how their restaurant is perceived.

Clean and their ingredients are fresh. But when I went in, it looked like the manager was training a few associates and she seemed overwhelmed. I felt like I was bothering them. Not a super inviting experience.

There is one employee that always goes way above and beyond every time I go in there. I believe her name is Jamie. She maintains her sanity and smile when she’s the only one there and the line is long and customers are becoming impatient. She stays pleasant and fast. She is an asset to that subway for sure!!!!!
