V's is a great neighborhood place. The views are gorgeous--looking out on the Trilogy Golf Course--big sky, trees, birds. The food is good. Nice pour on the drinks. Best part is the staff. Waiters and waitresses are friendly and competent. We enjoy is once a week!

We had great service and food. The weather was perfect and we sat near the outside deck and had the Millionaire Burger with the Pretzel bites appetizer... both were excellent. Definitely worth the effort to find, especially if you appreciate a beautiful golf course setting.

We live here in Trilogy so V's is our go-to place. It has a nice ambiance and service has been very good during our visits even when it is packed which is the norm on most nights. The menu has good variety with fairly generous portions. There are quite a few beer on tap and the wine list is decent. The only downside is that conversation can be difficult due to the noise created by the stone patio and tile floor keeping conversations getting louder from table to table. Great Prime Rib on Saturday nights.
