I went to the drive-thru a couple nights ago, about ten minutes before the store closed. I put in my order and the employee tried to tell me they were “out” of everything I wanted. When I threatened to leave, he said, “Oh wait a minute, I was lying. We can have it all ready for you in 5 minutes. But we’re trying to close.” I understand that last minute customers can be frustrating, but if the store is still open, don’t lie about being out of food! They were also out of straws (at a fast food place, really??), which was inconvenient. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Fries are good, though.

I guess that location does matter cause the food is always fresh. 9 months ago I gave this place 4 stars now I'm changing to 2 and that because this is the second time in less than 1 week that I received very cold food, now there has been times recently I had the same problem and didn't report but now I just had to say something. It's seems that they just hire anyone to work their . I'm very discussed with service at this location lately.

Absolutley love Popeye's spicy chicken. The red beans and rice is my favorite side. This location is great but it feels odd that you have to past it to get to it.

It's...good enough. They have a nice look inside the building, but when it comes to the quality of food...the chicken wasn't THAT good. In fact, I thought I was eating pasta because the chicken tasted almost like pasta! Good laughs though, and the staff are nice.

Way overpriced for what you get. Chicken is listed as spicy but is ghost cayenne pepper. A true letdown.
