Cafe Rio is an excellent place to bring your family and friends for awesome service and food. The mangers are always friendly and willing to provide you with anything you need. The food is cooked very well, served quickly. 10/10 best place to get food

If based just on food it would be 4 or 5. But apparently no one wants to clean tables or the dining area. One customer told an employee they accidentally spilt water and didn't want anyone to slip. The girls way of dealing with it was to move the yellow caution thing and put a napkin over the water. Then left it that way. All the tables need to be wiped really well. Customers are wiping off the tables as much as possible. It's not super busy wouldn't take long to clean up. Plus cashier randomly disappeared. Finally as we leave water spill is cleaned up and couple tables wiped off.

Super yummy and fresh Mexican food! I wish they had a drive thru, but I will still patronize nonetheless. My favorite order is the nachos with grilled chicken. SO GOOD! You will not be let down. The salads are really good as well. I have yet to try the other menu items, but it's on my to do list.

Food is amazing! Service timeliness varies based on how busy they are. Oh and they have an app which provides coupons from time to time.

Me & my husband come here ALL of the time. I LOVE It here. They take care of us and remember us every time. We don't go anywhere else anymore when we're feeling Mexican food, this is our go-to place when we eat out ❤ UPDATE: Ever since the manager hasn't been present as much, it seems like the kids that work here no longer care about quality or customer service, we come to Cafe Rio almost every single weekend because it's our place to go, and we've always loved the place, the food, and the management...but now it's like every single time we come they've done something wrong on our order...and just Friday we ate there and I have been severely sick the entire weekend all the way up until today (5 days now) and I knew something tasted off with my food and I didn't even finish half of the burrito... and now after a urgent care visit, I'm going into the ER because I haven't stopped throwing up or having diarrhea every 20 minutes, and I have been missing work because of this which has really created problems financially as well. Now I can't even think about eating at Cafe Rio anymore without feeling nauseous. Probably will be contacting a lawyer.
