At 11pm on a Saturday night it was an hour wait for delivery, but we're only 0.5 miles away so I took one for the team and drive there. On the phone I was told 10-15 minute wait. I got there 15 minutes later and paid for my pizza but was told it was still in the oven, even though the monitor said it should have been done a minute ago... Whatever, not a huge deal. Then I waited 5 minutes and didn't see an employee the entire time. Then the phone started ringing, and ringing, and ringing. Literally for 5 more minutes the phone rang and no one came to answer it. I started looking around the store and saw a guy who apparently didn't want to answer it. Then a delivery guy finally walked in and answered the phone, and the woman who I paid for the pizza finally brought it to me. I was gone for 30 minutes. I'm never ordering for this pizza hut again.

So i work at a casino and we usually order for our department for lunch at this location. I don't believe i have had a problem with this location at all. Yes its a pizza hut and they will get busy and take awhile to make your order or deliver your order. You have to remember that your not the only person ordering a pizza in the area people. Don't like to wait for delivery go in person an order, there problem solved! Anyway we had to wait about 35-40 mins for pizza, which was fine, and when they arrived it was still warm and tasty! I met with the delivery driver Cameron, outside of my place of work, and he was very nice. He offered to carry the pizzas in for me which wasn't necessary but hey if he wanted to why would i say no huh. Good job Cameron! Attn: Supervisor, Cameron is a good employee and went beyond what i expected. I usually carry the pizzas up from where we pick them up but Cameron took them 90% of the way for me! I'm not saying this because he has pretty eyes haha but was helpful. #GoldStar

This particular Pizza Hut is clearly not the type of restaurant where you can order your pizza and sit down to enjoy it there. The guy who took my order looked irritated when I said I wanted the garlic and herb crust. The pizza however, was delicious!

I order pizza, an hour later they called and said it couldn't be delivered, then my card is charged!!. Called corporate on Friday and was told someone would call me back, no one did. Called Tuesday told the same thing, someone will call be end of business day, no one did. Called Wednesday told the same thing, Thursday and FINALLY someone called me back. Rude as hell and nothing to say. Said they did cancel it so "yeah like I don't know. But I guess I can refund you" GUESS WHAT HASNT HAPPENED! I'm so done with pizza hut! Loyal customers are gone! Never will order from this place again!! Customer service SUCKS! You'd think for a company that WRONGFULLY TOOK MONEY, they'd get their head out of their a$$ and fix their mistake. P.s. try hiring people with communication skills!! When I called the store 3 times on Friday the lady couldn't speak and kept saying "well I don't know. Not that big of a deal" and then the guy that called Thursday was rude, inconsiderate and a total jerk!

Great pizza delivered or to go. Employees are courteous and honest. I left my wallet accidentally on counter and they called me to come back and get it. All my cards and 300 in cash was still inside wallet and i am grateful
