Been coming here for awhile always enjoyed it. Service has always been great. Will always be a favorite of mine. To those whining about small portions. I Got massive portions last two times I went. Quit being a steotype, American, pork chop. 2lbs of rice/noodles and sugary meat is plenty for 2 meals for one person for $8.

This is the worst Panda Express ever! I have patronized almost every Panda on Phoenix and I am absolutely disgusted. I came into this store with my six very hungry children. With six children comes six opinions and working thru that took a second while we were standing at the front of the line. We ordered two 3 entree orange chicken meals. We were told we had to wait 8 minutes for a orange chicken even though the dish was full because we had two large plates. We stood there and watched three people order and receive their orange chicken meals and the worst part was that the person that made us wait was the store manager Maggie. She seemed generally upset that we were even there and you could tell that she was not happy that we had to hold up the line for that brief second and as the result made us wait out of the way while other people received their food. If this is the level of customer service that Panda Express stands behind I think it is time for me to change my five time a week Panda habit and find somewhere that values it’s customers. Frankly, if this isn’t the case then I think Maggie needs to be either retrained on customer service or perhaps look for another job. What a disappointment.

The food was pretty much tasteless Even though had brought fresh white rice, there was a LOT of uncooked rice, like biting down on small gravel. I thought that first spoonful so I tried another Nope, just as bad as the first one which I politely spit into a napkin Never again

They never have food ready! Even basics like chow mein, orange chicken, beef broc. I come at all different.hours and its always the same

Closed 45 mins early!!! Very bad customer service. Allowed other customers to sit and eat while they cleaned up 45 mins early. If your doors close at 9 which is what your doors say then why are you closing your doors at 8:15!
