Went to try this restaurant for the first time last night around 9:30pm. The location on Power and McKellips. The girl serving the food at the counter was very rude. She acted like she couldn't understand what I was ordering because I didn't say it with a spanish accent. She rolled her eyes and corrected me. Then, she asked what kind of meat I wanted. I asked what she recommended. She rolled her eyes again and gave me the death stare. I asked about pork and without responding to my question she put sweet pork in them without telling me what it was. I wouldn't have ordered it if she told me it was sweet.

Food is good but this location serves super small portions. Gilbert location on baseline is WAY better. I come to this one because it’s near my home. Staff is nice and very clean inside. I just wish they served more proteins in burrito or salads :)

Disappointed. I sadly agree with other negative reviews. It's always sad to have a new restaurant open and the management be so apathetic to customer comments. I don't understand why someone in the company doesn't read these reviews and correct the problems. This is why so many new restaurants don't survive. My example is my shrimp taco with NOTHING on the tortilla but the shrimp. No cheese no sauce, nothing. Dry. Other example is the table in picture. Right up front, closest table to the preparation line. Was dirty when we came in. Then, after eating, was still dirty when we left. So sad. Was happy when it opened. Now😫

The food was very tasty and it was ready when I arrived after filing the order in. However no one in the restaurant seems to know how to use the app which I had a question about even though it is highly advertised here in the brick-and-mortar building. They were out of forks and the tables were not clean. I heard several customers asking about the Tea which they were also out of. It was 12:15 when I arrive so busy time which made me think that they would have been well stocked and ready for the noon Rush.

When this place first opened a few months back, the staff members were friendly and the food was of great quality. It has severely gone downhill since. The staff (with the exception of one of the tall guys) are all rude and slow-moving. Your food ends up sitting open on the line for upwards of 5 - 8 minutes because this place can't figure out their production line efficiency. It blows my mind how Cafe Rio in general has found so much success. This location seemed different at first, but it's become clear that the issue isn't just with each location. There must be a cultural deficiency in the company management and processes that leads to inferior restaurants. Literally the only reason to come here is for their amazing tortillas.
