A TERRIBLE MCDONALDS. I WENT IN HERE 5/5/18 AT AROUND 5PM. THERE WAS NO CUSTOMERS IN THE LOBBY. THERE WERE MANAGERS BEHIND THE COUNTER TALKING WHEN I WALKED IN TO ORDER. THE MANAGERS WERE TALKING TO EACH OTHER AND IGNORED ME AS I STOOD AT THE COUNTER. THEY DID NOT WANT TO WAIT ON ME. I HAD BROUGHT MY 2 NEPHEWS TO GET FOOD AND PLAY IN THE PLAYROOM THERE. I STOOD FOR ALMOST 15 MINUTES AT THE COUNTER WITHOUT EVEN BEING ACKNOWLEDGED. WHEN I WAS ACKNOWLEDGED, IT WAS JUST "WHAT DO YOU WANT?". I PLACED MY ORDER AND WAS NOT THANKED, NO SMILE FROM THE MANAGER, AND POOR POOR DEMEANOR. I WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINUTES FOR A HAPPY MEAL AND A ICE CREAM CONE FOR MY NEPHEWS. REMEMBER THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS TO WAIT ON AT THE TIME. WHEN MY ORDER CAME UP, THERE WAS NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. NO THANK YOU. NO HAVE A NICE DAY. ETC. I WAS VERY WELL DRESSED, AND SO WAS MY FAMILY. WE ARE CLEAN CUT AND WELL MANNERED. NO REASON FOR THIS TREATMENT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND PATRONIZE NOR REWARD THIS BEHAVIOR!!!

I went here for a quick bite. The person that took my order was super nice and knowledgeable. It has been a while since I've been to a McDonald's that has had that type of service. I commend management for hiring such a great employee. Hats off to your team

Overall, I like this location. The staff are usually friendly, the food is usually good, and the restaurant is usually clean. Are they perfect? No. But they are usually good. That's high praise considering some McD's I've been to. And their sweet tea is consistently good.

I've been coming here along time. Worst visit I've had. New employee, Tiffany, had an attitude that let you know she didn't want to be there. Order was wrong. I was willing to take the mistake, but needed sauce. I told her my order was wrong , but I would keep it, I just needed sauce. She looked at me like I i had made had made the mistake. Never even spoke to me. Not a good visit

Unlike a lot of McDonalds in the valley, this location has amazing coffee. They are very clean, and the customer service is always decent, even during busy hours. However, you can't trust their schedule. I have gone for coffee around 12-1 am after work and they've been closed when the schedule says they are 24 hours that day. Quite frustrating.
