Great friendly young dude, cheerful. Food great. So many good deals. The picture is from another terminal...I had no problem with mine. The franchise tech needs some improvement, I gather (call me! I work for a company that can fix this!)

We won't be going back. After watching a woman climb on to the counter to clean windows and putting her feet on both the middle "bar/counter" and the counters in front of the window and then a woman dropping a cup on the floor and then picking it up and filling it. We got our food cold. We had to eat in the car on the way home and I found that my daughter had mostly eaten a burnt black corn dog. When I pulled mine out it was also burnt black and the tater tots we hard as rocks. I called to raise my concerns with the Manager Chance and was told "no no she was using a step stool." I told him she definetly did not as I had watched her do it and had a picture of her up the woth no step stool just before she put her feet on the surface of the counter. He continued to argue and offered to give me a free replacement which I declined. He asked if I'd like to talk to the regional manager, as she was there, and I agreed feeling that he wasn't taking the issue of unsanitary conditions seriously. Michelle answered the phone with the same attitude. "The cup that was dropped on the floor was not filled." Even though I saw it happen and "the counter the girl was stepping on is just a desk and food is not prepared on it." I asked about the storage "bar/counter" she used to get onto the supposed desk and was told it's just a sink. I didn't want to argue as I can't go into the facility to confirm this but even having your feet on the sink where employees wash their hands before handling food seems unsanitary too. She offered me a comped meal too which I declined and she said that's all they could do. I tried to tell her I was just concerned for the safety of their food if what I saw was a regular thing. She said it didn't happen and all they could do was comp my meal. I thanked her and hung up. We won't be going back there again.

I really like sonic (cherry limeades and green chili burgers are my jam), but please avoid this one. Unless you enjoy "mystery" flavored ice cream or flat soft drinks it's worth driving further to another sonic where the staff actually gives a damn. The staff (most of which appear to be under the age of 18, including the un-named manager I spoke to) here treat the place more like a free-for-all than a drive-in that serves food to the public. 1-star only because I couldn't rate it 0 stars

Unfortunately this is the closest location to my work. They literally take up half of my lunch break for a simple drink. Ridiculous! Smh
