The experience was nearly comical lol. When you walk in, you get excited about the peanuts, and the quick line. .you get to the cashier, and your mood immediately matches the cashier. You almost feel concerned for his emotional state because he seems upset and depressed by, literally, every item you order...like you keep telling him bad news. But still he's not rude, and everything is accurate! Then you compete your order and hear the excitement from the people making and packaging your food, so happy and uplifting. .they're attentive and take the time to ask if there's anything else they can do for you. It's a roller coaster of emotions...but overall, MOST amazing burger! I ordered the smaller bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms, mayo, tomato, and lettuce. I would still recommend this place to everyone, and this was my first experience!

Really great place. Delicious burgers. I like their frys. They always give a little bit extra! Amazing customer service! They even do bunless burgers and hot dogs! I have nothing bad to say about this place. Just try it for yourself! 🍔🍟

Very good burger, great fries, coke soda products. However, I thought the price was crazy expensive. Can I say they are better than In/Out no they are not, and at half the price.

Nice place. Friendly service, but very expensive hamburger & fries. Just over $11. No drink was purchased. Food was good.

Generally tasteless food in comparison to price. my first visit ran me about $20. I got the biggest burger with everything on it and bacon, I could barely taste it, it felt like eating without purpose. Even McDonald's has more flavor than five guys. Go to smashBurger. About the same price, about 20x the flavor.
