New Smashburger Manager Jeremy Johnson is a super great leader at this Norterra location. Jeremy is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Jeremy's staff seem very happy which makes customers feel welcome. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean, and the utensils, condiments are always well stocked. Larry who generally takes our order is always friendly, patient, and helpful!! When there's a slight slow down, Larry and Jeremy are working the floor helping customers and cleaning. We don't know the cook's names, but they are also excellent as the Smashburger food is always outstanding!! We have three young kids who make a mess and they have unusual order requests. Jeremy and Larry are very patient, considerate, and pleasant with our kids!! The previous manager (Dontez) was also terrific, and thank you Smashburger for continuing the excellence with new First Class Smashburger manager Jeremy Johnson and always fabulous Larry!! Frustration in lack of online service. We have had many poor customer service experiences at this location and haven't visited in at least 6 months. Tonight I tried to order online so my hubby could pick up dinner on his was home from work and it said online ordering wasn't currently available (I even tried refreshing and reopening the website, but same message). I then tried to call this location twice and it just rang repeatedly until the voicemail message came up apologizing that no one could take my call, that the staff was currently busy in the helping customers in the restaurant. Well that's all fine and dandy, but then don't advertise online ordering. If that's down, then I should be able to call in an order.

We always come to this location and we're always happy with the service and food. We decided to treat ourselves and get the Oreo milkshake, it was awesome, but the staff was cooler still. Dontez (I'm not sure if I'm spelling it correctly) was super nice and funny, he made sure we were happy with our order, and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We'll definitely return and recommend this location.

Well as we walked in there system went down so was 30 minutes to order, we did get a free drink but large fries had 6 in it and so sogy yuck. The order was to go so when we got home half the order was not there. I should have checked. Had better burgers at red robin and Carl's Jr.

Haven't smashburger since I left Phoenix 5 years ago. Omg! Soooooooo Gooooood! I love a great juicy burger With bacon and tots! Amazing. Just saw a smashburger is near by, and I have to go visit soon.
