Excellent, excellent service!! We sat in the bar & got the best service ever by the bartender! Food was perfectly prepared & very tasty. We had sodas and our glasses were never empty. Definitely recommend & we'll be returning for sure!

Burger great. Looked like fries were half eaten(gone). Bottomless fries should mean so many fries that you really don't want any more after first serving.Wife asked for mustard but never received. No sweetener for iced tea. Server gave us iced tea to go($2.99😲)

Tried calling 4 times and was on the phone for literally 25 minutes just trying to place a to go order. Pressed the correct prompts and ended up in an endless loop in their automated system. Not one person answered the phone during the 25 minutes I was calling. It's Monday at 6, it isn't busy, quite displeased with the customer service.

We were there on a Saturday night, the guy at the entrance was not very friendly, I had to approach and call for his attention. The wait time for two wasn’t bad. Way less than what he said. It was a very busy night. We ordered two madlove burger sandwiches well done. I understand they took a long time because they were busy but the meat was somewhat raw! I cut mine in half and it was pink. My husbands sandwich had a fried egg on it when that was not on the ingredients!! Trying to be understanding he ate it but the yolk and the whites were raw too!! We called the waitress to let her know about the incident she never attended, on my way out ( after I paid and left her a tip) I saw her and let her know. We got food poisoned and really bad tummy aching. I wouldn’t have minded to want another 5 minuets to have gotten the right order. Do not stay there if they’re too busy for your health!!’

Always good. The staff really tried to be accommodating. I appreciate that. The fries are awesome. I just wished that they had an adult's only section.
