I wish there was option to not even give 1 star. If you are vegetarian or care food how your food is being prepared this is not the place you should go. Employees working without caring about health violation -continued to use same gloves for selectin meat, then cheese, crushing meat with same gloves. Best was at end to use same gloves to pick vegetables from all boxes behind the counter for another customer. At my turn when I asked do you have same vegetables or more as you used same gloves all over the place, lady making sandwich was speechless. Then person behind cash counter proudly said oh we always use same gloves. When I said that’s not the case in past and on request they change. In first place they should not use same gloves to pick vegetables, after counter argument, he said I don’t know who does because we don’t change at this store. This was behind the counter in front of customers, don’t know they must be handling food in back. I hope Manager/Owner at this store reminds or have associates go through training on what they are suppose to do.

Ok so I can finally update this review. The kid that made me have such a bad experience is gone! The staff that is there now are awesome. Sandwiches come out perfect made with love and no bad attitude. I'm not high maintenance, I don't expect 5 start service wherever I go. I worked in food service I know the average worker is the face of the company because they are the ones interacting with the customers, you can make or break that customers opinion of the business. Thanks now I can finally return to this location and enjoy it. Been there a bunch of times and always had great service not one complaint. Today 9/14 is new kids in there. 10:30 am the little punk a$$ entiltled boy working ruined my meal and his horrible vibe ruined my morning. Not one smile and throwing the meat and everything on the sandwiches like he hates his life and his parents made him get a job. If you don't like the job quit seriously. Sorry you actually had to do some work at your job. Total b.s. I came in happy the girl working with him was just fine but the second he stepped on to the line his attitude made me so mad I could have punched him right then. There is never a line here but because of him and his attitude the line quickly grew with everyone looking annoyed. Don't worry I can take my business elsewhere I won't incovience this punk with my big family's order.

I work in the Plaza. All of us frequent subway, some employees there even recognize us and that's always a pleasure. I went in with a coupon and used it without difficulty, went in again about a week later and Kenny was very difficult to work with, he would not honor the coupon for the same sandwhich I got last time with the same coupon. I was pretty upset but I accepted it and began to pick out something different to be able to use the coupon, (Kenny couldn't wait and choose to help the guy who just walked in the door after I had been waiting for them to finish up makimg subs for a family) so waiting again I got my sub and went back to get a drink and Jake tries to convince me not to write a review and says "they aren't gonna do anything about it" so here I am. I will probably still continue going for convenience purposes but I am surpised at the way they treat regular clients.
