Me and my boyfriend went there for breakfast. It was great and the service was the best I have ever had there but one problem you guys have is when the waiters tip themselves without asking the card holder. We got our receipt back from the waiter but what he didn’t know was that we get text messages on our phone saying when we spend money and how much. We spent $25.45 but the text message we got said that we spent $30.24 on our meal but the receipt we got said $25.45 so we didn’t tip the waiter because he decided to tip himself. If I could I would rate this a negative star just because of our waiter. Our waiters name was Zack so if you get him make sure you check your account right after he runs your card because he might have tipped himself.

I love the location and the food is always great but there’s a serious lack of workers. Don’t be in a hurry is what I’m saying. You got like 2 experienced servers busting their you know and like 5 high school kids looking like they just rolled out of bed standing around needing an ass chewing. Anyways I’ll revise this if things improve.

Just not worth the hassle. This place always has some issue when I go. Today I placed an online order for about $60. When I get there, their response was "what order"; even though they had already charged my card. The story was their system was down and they couldn't get to the order or refund my charge. They could still take the order of I was willing to stand there for another 30 to 45 minutes. The waitress states well it's because it mothers day. No kidding, that is why I placed an online order for takeout and why i had to wait for 30 minutes for that order to be ready. Yhe place is horribly unorganized and the quality is very hot and miss. You pay "big breakfast" prices but get waffle house quality. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

My family decided to eat here for breakfast on Easter. The wait wasn't as bad as we anticipated- most places are an hour or more. We were definitely under that time frame. However, we specifically asked for a table- not a booth. We were a party of 4. We were fine to wait for an actual table to open. The girls working the hostess stand called us up two separate times to have us seated, only for them to say "oh sorry- you wanted table, right?" Then we had to sit back down and continue waiting. Finally, on the 3rd call, they sat us at a half table, half booth. We accepted this compromise and placed our drink order. The waitress came back a few minutes later (with no drinks) and said, "We have a party of 14 that has been waiting over 30mins and they needed to be sat in the area. We will need you to move." I told her no and that "we had to wait just like everyone else to be seated- we are hungry, thirsty, and there has been non-stop problems since we got here. We are not moving." She said she understood and walked away. Another few minutes go by and a different lady comes to the table and says, "You need to move to another table because the hostess seated you in the wrong spot." We all got up and walked out. We already said NO one time and then you come back and DEMAND that we move because your staff made a mistake? NOT MY PROBLEM. We all had to wait long periods of time due to the Easter rush- we understood that and remained patient- even through the first 2 calls for our name. There were SEVERAL other vacant tables and booths that they could have been seated at- tables could have been pushed together to make room for a large party. Lack of communication during a busy holiday is not a good way to run a fast-paced restaurant, nor is demanding innocent people be removed from their table and their meal interrupted. You should be able to think quickly to resolve a mistake, versus inconveniencing others. I could see if the larger party specifically reserved that area, but they did not. It was all first come, first serve. Unacceptable and we will never go back there. We went to Crackle Barrel instead and had a great meal with zero problems.

IHOP has pretty good breakfast items. They have a wide variety without being super overwhelming with options. They also have a lot of other menu options like fish, burgers, Club sandwiches, chicken fried stake, salads, Mac n Cheese, ham and egg sandwiches, etc. The wait staff is always really nice. Our friend got us gift cards so it's been a nice change for a semi-quick place to eat. It hasn't been busy when we went for dinner which was nice. It's always cold in there so bring a sweater or jacket!
