The staff is consistently nice. That being said, I have visited this location 5 times and each time the machine controlling whatever-it-is-I-am-ordering has been down. It is rare that I am able to talk my sweetheart into the 10 mile drive for Sonic (I live in a pretty rural area ) and, after this last visit, I don't think I will try anymore. I know things break...it happens...but my experience with this one location tells me it happens here quite a bit.

Sweet kids that work there but everytime we go there is something wrong. We weren't able to order the special because they said that they were out of that burger. It looks exactly like the burger my husband got but with one less patty, and add lettuce and tomato...? Instead of spending $7 we spent $15. We love Sonic but I think we are going to have to pick a new burger place.

I've been to the Sonic at 41135 N. Daisy Mountain Drive to order the Pumpkin Custard Concrete three times now, with the experience being worse each time. On the first visit, I had to wait for 10+ minutes because the custard was not prepared, but I enjoyed the desert. The second time, I ordered the custard to go and found when I got home that there were none of the crust chunks in the custard, and the topping was some sort of powder instead of the pie crust crumbles. This gave the desert an odd flavor, and I was definitely unhappy with the crumbles missing. On my third visit (today), I described explicitly to the server that I wanted her to make sure the pie crust crumbles were mixed in, as they hadn't been last time. She assured me that she knew what I was talking about, and that they would be included. A different server brought me the order, and there were no pie crust crumbles on top of or mixed in with the custard. I told the server that I'd explicitly requested the pie crust crumbles, but he said that the restaurant had been out of them for over a week. I asked if I could have the custard at a discount, considering it wasn't the complete item as advertised. He said that he wasn't authorized to give a discount, and said that I'd either have to pay full price or not take the item. He didn't offer to let me speak to a manager, or put any other sort of topping on it, so I refused to purchase the item and left. Given the level of service provided at this Sonic location, and the bait-and-switch of items being advertised that the store can't seem to provide, I'm incredibly reluctant to return to Sonic.

Very friendly drive thru operator and car hop! The service was great and the drinks were perfection.
