Firehouse is one of the better sandwich chains. I usually get the meatball or brisket and cheddar sandwich and they always come out hot. I sometimes have to wait to eat the meatball because it’s so hot so I don’t burn my mouth. This restaurant is always clean, the employees are nice, and it usually isn’t too busy, at least during dinner time.

We really enjoyed this little place. Salads are an excellent gluten free option. Some sun places don't have good gf options, but this one does. Salad comes in very generous portions. Sandwiches were good to. We had a choice between Firehouse and Subway. In choosing Firehouse, we made the right choice.

Honestly the first time I ever tried Firehouse, I didn’t really care for it. Since moving to the Cave Creek area, it’s one of the few quick places to eat so I gave it another shot. Whenever you walk in you are always greeted which is kinda nice. The food has always been on point here. I always get the Hook and Ladder and every time it comes out perfect. It’s not as quick as Subway but it’s worth the wait because it tastes better. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Great sandwich, nice service, clean bathrooms, amazing hot sauce selection. More expensive than other sub shops but definitely worth the occasional treat.

Great sandwich shop. Their prices aren't as low as some other sub shops, but the taste and quality is there to match the price. Plus, they don't cheap out on the meat (the most expensive part of the sub). While the staff has their own weird quirks to them, they are always very friendly and they truly work to please the customer. Did I mention the hot sauce selection??!
