Our server Josh made sure it was a great evening for us. The appetizer ribs tasted like more.

The location was very nice went to celebrate a friends birthday but the table of overserved drunk business men next to us completely ruined our experience

Not the quality, experience, atmosphere, attentive staff that you would get from a Roy's restaurant. No hostess to greet you. No bartender present at the bar for five minutes upon our arrival for Aloha hour. Although several servers located at the end of the bar chatting. Once the bartender appeared he was quick to talk to regulars who arrived after us. There were four people at the bar myself and my husband and then the two regulars who arrived after us. We waited to be acknowledged. Ordered the Hawaiian martini which consisted of mostly pineapple juice had to ask for menus and had to ask if we could order food. Ordered the lobster potstickers which were so badly fried the inside ingredients were hard. The sauce on the plate consisted of the oil that drained off the potsticker. The bar was noticeable dirty. We chose not to dine there after this experience. Unfortunately this is not the quality of restaurant we are used to from Roy's Establishments.

I sat at the bar, the service was good. I am a vegetarian, and they discontinued the tempura vegetables, so that was disappointing. This restaurant is located on the J.W. Marriot Resort. When you walk in the front, you can take the stairs or elevator down, and the restaurant is on your right.

The food is delicious and expertly done, the decor is lovely, but the service far and away made this experience for us. My mom and I came here for her birthday and our server, Dixie, went above and beyond to make it a special experience. I frequently have good service when I eat out, but Dixie is truly exceptional, and that makes the dining experience special. I can't recommend Roy's highly enough.
