We really like this Pei Wei. Other Pei Wei’s were just okay. It’s been exceptional save the last couple of months. It’s starting to be like other Pei Wei where the food isn’t as good or just made incorrectly. Our take out orders have been incorrect for the past three months, save a handful, and we get our dinner there at least twice a week. They do refund us when we call in to tell them, but we are so tired at night sometimes we just let it go. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but I hope it gets better. It’s a healthy fast food that would’ve been perfect for our dinners. I just get so disappointed when we get home and we don’t get what we ordered. We’re tired; we don’t want to go back to get a corrected order.

I have ordered from this location for several years. Occasionally there have been delays or issues with the orders because of problems that will naturally occur. But since Pei Wei became independent from PF Chang's the service has been horrible. Tonight I tried to order by phone on my way home and was on hold for 17 minutes, yes 17 minutes! When they finally answered they apologized because they are short-handed and busy. Really? I told them to forget it, they lost a customer. The response: OK have a good night. I haven't been able to access my Rewards Account for unknown reasons and when I send them an inquiry I get a return email that only has Pei Wei logo at the top, the rest of the page is blank. This has happened twice. I have run out of patience and will take my business elsewhere. Maybe they just don't care!

Used to go regularly, however in the past year the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. Just picked up a Pei Wei "original", completely inedible, fried rice supposedly, hard to tell since it was floating in a soup of what tasted like ketchup and hot sauce, with a few overcooked pieces what I assume they claim to be chicken, looks like it was frozen from "Chicken" parts about a decade ago. Arpaio fed the tent city inmates netted than that swill. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go anywhere else.

I understand being busy. But telling a paying customer you “lost” their food is unacceptable after waiting for more than 30 minutes. When they finally “found” my food, it still wasn’t made right. He accused me of ordering my meal without nuts, which i didn’t. I showed my receipt and he said oops and just pours the nut on my meal. I will not be going here again and i suggest you go elsewhere too

The team at this place has no basic decency . I went there on April 18th 8:10 pm and they said they don’t take orders anymore for the day though they close at 9 pm . Unbelievably rude. I had order issues previously as well . I would recommend not to go there . Let’s see who pays the salary for those rude employees
