Depending on your server, this place can be great or terrible. We ate here several times in the week we were visiting as or hotel was across the parking lot. If you don't want raw hamburger, ask for well done and it will be medium rare. I ask for my burgers very very well done, and there was still quite a bit of pink in the middle. I ended up with chicken the rest of the trip because "well done" didn't seem to be an option. Servers were friendly and fast, drinks were good.

The assistant manager is amazing. She actually spends a lot of time out in the dining areamaking sure each customer has the best experience possible. Our server was also great

I went here late at night with my mom, dad and little brother and we did have to wait a little while (dinner rush, duh) which was fine and after we got seated we got our drinks fairly fast. We were so tired, in fact my dad had ordered chicken strips and after the first TWO OR THREE bites he realized it wasn't chicken (sleepy). At that same time the chef came over and looked super sick at the fact that he gave my dad fish instead of chicken (obvious reason of 1. order was wrong but 2. because lots of people have an allergy to fish/shellfish) but my dad said it was actually a pleasant surprise and he was deciding between the two and thanked the cook. My mom and I's burger was great and my brothers was done before anyone of us could say red robin.

Staff was friendly and service was great. Food is consistently good at Red Robin’s. The menu has a good variety of food options to pick from. They have some good healthy options now like steamed broccoli instead of fires.

We sat at the bar, the bartender seemed upset that we needed an extra min to order. When we did order, he was very short with us, not rude, but not pleasant. When the food came, our orders were correct but hilarious. We both had unlimited fries, so it was no bog deal, but my friend had literally double the amount I did. Half of the fries in each of our orders were from separate batches of fries. Some refried, some raw(majority), some perfect, this was odd. For the next round, we ordered them crispy and it appeared as if the bartender or cooks were trying to prove a point and the next batch was almost intolerable. My chicken sandwich and his burger were both good, perfectly cooked, no problems there. I will probably go back there, I love their fish fry, but we probably won't be sitting at the bar.
