Went for lunch today. We were the only ones in line. Placed our order right away but waited 10 minutes at the cash register. Keep in mind the pizza didn't take half that long to cook! Sat down at the only "clean" dirty table we could find. No silverware was available for my salad so the gal gave me plastic ware. The dining room floor was disgusting!! First and last time eating there. The only thing that was semi good was the pizza and pop.

Can’t go wrong with build your own pizza. I like Fired Pie because they also have fresh Lemonade. I didn’t give 5 stars because this location doesn’t allow online ordering. Also Yes this place is hires 16 yr olds so the turn around on employees is high, some days the kids are on a learning curve but hey everyone’s gotta start some where so chill out. Some of the other reviewers were knocking because it takes some time, yes it gets busy and yes the kids working are new to the workforce.

Absolutely phenomenal Pizza can't say enough about it! Have never once had a bad experience at any of their locations, just ate at this location 35th Avenue and 101 area and I got to say I was impressed ...huge line and I was through the line and with my food before I knew it. It's just something about that Krispy Pizza Oven crust and there's just something it does to make all the toppings meld , if you haven't ate here I recommend it

You'd always been 5 stars to me but your location needs serious instruction on customer service. A few years back a friend of mine introduced me to Fired Pie until then I never really was a big pizza person. So as I still enjoy your pizza I likely will still visit your other locations on occasion. But your location needs to take heed, if I'm to pay $9 for a pizza that I only order two toppings on. Neither of them are even a meat. So price wise it is quite expensive for me and you are making a great profit. So if I ask for extra cheese, you benefit more just giving me a few sprinkles more of cheese versus, arguing that you only put a cup of cheese on your pizza, and losing my future business. What irks me the most though and is why I will not go to your location again, is the fact that the shredded mozzarella cheese I received was from the bottom of the bucket which were tiny little broken pieces( It looked more like powder) and I'm lucky if it was half a cup. Your argument is that if you add more cheese the pizza will not cook correctly. When every single time I've gone in the past I requested extra cheese and my pizza has cooked fine. The cherry on top though was to find out the individual who had caused this experience was actually with the manager on duty cementing the your loss of a customer.

I love this place. The staff is accommodating to changing out their gloves for food allergies. They are fast and friendly. I have never had a negative experience in this location. We tend to eat here a few times a month. So many different combinations to try!
