Very difficult restaurant to find and access! Very difficult. I've been here 3 times and still struggle to find the entrance. It's really not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else... Like the Jack in the Box next door, LOL. Fast service, tho. Absolutely no wait to be seated, we went for brunch. There was some floating particles in the ice water we got with our order. The biscuits and gravy I ordered were room temperature AT BEST and the biscuit was pretty dried out. My three-year-old nice, however, loved her pancake and milk.

V E R Y slow service. Was hoping for not 3-hour breakfast stop, but couldn't accomplish that here. Saw tables come in after us and get serviced by their server before we met ours. We came right after religious activities and were in our "Sunday best" and could not find why we were ignored so much. Won't return. There are plenty of other places that have amazing breakfast with better service faster.

Great service and great food. I ordered food to go this time. It was a little confusing trying to order it on my phone. But when I called in my order they took care you everything. My food was hot and packed nicely and was very manageable getting it home. I would definitely try it again.

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy, as we understood. However, I am taking 2 stars away for the rating of our last visit for a few reasons. The food runner was in such a hurry to get our food out that one of our meals was turned over on the tray before it could be fully delivered, another meal was incorrect, and a dietary restriction was left ignored. The server did a wonderful job of making up for it with an omission of one meal and one drink from the bill, but the manager seemed to shrug it off and didn't help soothe the issue at all. A busy service is no reason to make mistakes like these. I hope that the next time we dine in they can redeem themselves.

I've been coming here for years and the service and food are great. Food is perfectly delicious, hot and fresh, and the service is attentive and well-staffed. The store is nice and there are always staff willing to help. The wait times can be a little long on the weekends, particularly Sunday, anywhere from 25-45 minutes at this location. But often they overestimate and you can get in to eat faster.
