Had a prime rib cheese steak sandwich with extra cheese and it was the best cheese steak sandwich I've had since my first Philly cheese steak sandwich in Rhode island 35 years ago. Thank you for the great service and good food Annan and Michael. Hot, gooey, and seasoned perfectly!

Great service! I tend to go to Jack in the Box at night, and Travis is the man! He always gets our order right, very positive and is the epitome of customer service. Kudos to you, Travis!

Went in coz I haven't been here in a bit. If I can give zero I would. Started to take pictures of my food, for fun and my food. All was well until I had to stage my Country Scrambler Plate. Saw dark hair. I have dark hair but mine is on a bun and... These plates have a tight lid. My hair will not magically appear inside it. Should have taken a picture of it first. Went to the counter and informed them on the issue. Manager didn't see it first. Then she finally saw it and said, "it looks like your hair". Really??? It's inside the box. I just opened the box. She then proceed to ask if I want a refund. Hmmm. I guess this branch is used to getting people who want refunds. I just want my food.

Typically good food in the mornings after a long night at work loading packages all night at UPS. I enjoy a breakfast sandwhich every morning. EXCEPT on Saturday mornings every time I go every Saturday morning the systems are down and not just at this location but at the other location on deer valley as well. What is the issue every Saturday morning around 4am.?

Great customer experience every time! I've left reviewed in the past and just want to throw it out there that I don't generally eat at fast food joints but this one always has fresh, hot food. And the drive thru employees actually have a personality and are engaging Everytime. It's apparent that there is great upper management at this store. Thanks Dora for the laugh and experience this evening!
