food is great as always except this time the gentleman whom waited on us and prepaired our subways yes had gloves on but was clearly sick and sounded like he had bronchitis was hacking and coughing the whole time while the other work whom did not seem nor sound sick in any way just kneeled down and moved thing around on a shelf and stared then we asked for our subs toasted as usual and we got to meals we sit down to eat and the female employee who was in LA LA land runs to the bathroom near our table ran water and was in there for sometime all of a sudden ran out of the bath room and the smell that followed was very foul not your usual foul #2 smell either... back to our subs as we unwrap them (I got a chicken bacon ranch sub on Italian herbs and cheese ) my bread to start was very soft and clearly looked as if it had not been toasted let alone even cooked or warmed prior to my order then I look inside my sub I have one piece of provolone cheese barley melted my chicken along with my bacon was ice cold as if they were still chilling in a pan on ice I did have banana peppers tomatoes and lettuce added to my meals but the meat was colder than the veggies my tomatoes looked very sad as if they had not been busy last two days and had been prepped two days prior and not used frozen and then thawed that day after sitting out all morning the one pan of lettuce was mostly brown so I requested for the pan of lettuce that had a clear lid. that didn't. look to be wilted or brown as much as the pan with no lid. now usually I go here often as it is by my house and some what healthier than my other options and have not one problem and always the subs are amazing along with the cookies green tea and everything else but this time even my cookies looked sadly prepaired (baked). hope this was just an off day for them....
