Good, hot, fast food that is great for the price. You almost always have to wait five minutes or so for your order but it’s worth it because it comes out hot and fresh. The fries are made when you place the order - they cut the potatoes right in front of you! The drive thru here is busy but efficient. It’s a nice place to sit outside on a warm evening. Super casual and a good location located in a good shopping centre. You can’t go wrong with In-n-out!

In & Out used to be a great burger I don't know what's happened to them. The last two or three visits we're not good hamburger just doesn't taste like it used to come I don't know if they've gone downgraded in meat quality or what but the flavors not what it once was in the fries are cold. It was bad enough that we won't be going back again. However close to our house in new place opened up called what is it called again, o Burger Bar it's on Scottsdale Road and Pinnacle Peak area we tried it last Saturday and I have to say one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Better than five guys or any of those others if you're on that part of town I highly recommend try Burger Bar great burger awesome french fries!

Always have great service with fast service. Food always hits the spot, but that's probably because I don't eat there often. Can never go wrong with one of their burgers. So simple and easy. Never had a messed up order.

We enjoy in and out burgers as a whole. Its a fun slightly nostalgic experience. The burgers are always good. Slightly limited menu but honestly. It works. If you have something simple and great...do it. The parking is a little tight though.

Unacceptably slow. I have tried a few times and every time spend more time sitting in my car than if I just made a burger at home. 10+ minutes in the drive through when there are 1 or 2 cars is a joke. This has unfortunately been my experience every time. Just avoid this location until they can figure out how to get customers through in a reasonable amount of time.
