Yelp Write a Review Log In Sign Up Subway Rating Eek! Methinks not. Went in this morning and let me just say, what a bad way to start the morning! All I wanted was a sandwich for my daughter and I before going into work. The lady working behind the counter had the worst attitude ever! Not only did she have a bad attitude with making our sandwiches, when I wanted to use a buy one get one free coupon, she said it was invalid. And this wasn't the first time she had turned away one of my coupons. After trying to figure out a way for her to actually ring me up and see how I could use the coupon, I asked for her to put our sandwiches in two separate bags. Well, I'm not sure if she heard me but after handing me the one bag with both sandwiches in it, she proceeded to walk away towards the back and not say anything. I had to say excuse me for her to comeback out and give me a second bag. At this point, I was fed up with her attitude and lack of customer service. After requesting her name, she responded with " I don't have to give you my name" so then I asked for the owner's name and she responded with " I don't have to give you their name either" excuse me but as a customer I feel we have every right to know the employee's name or store owner's name after an experience like this. She finally responded with claiming that she was the manager and her name is "Raylene." I can't believe a "manager" would ever treat a paying customer the way she treated us. I just have to say that she lacks customer service and managerial skills. If she really is the manager the owner should consider hiring someone who is friendlier, enjoys their job and knows how to treat customers.

My daughter and I shared a sub combo. (She's four so it's easier to just share) it was a good sandwich and we of course love the cookies.

First time going to this location and it will be our last. Blonde female was rude and snotty had a poor attitude like she was annoyed. And even though her hair was pulled back and had a headband on there was a strand hanging from her shirt flying over the food. When I gave her our coupons she rolled her eyes and let out a deep sigh. Then proceeded to tap loudly with her unsanitary acrylic nails. After that I told her I what cookies I would like and she gave me more attitude and said the meals only come with chips which is not true since I always get cookies. By the way not sure if they were out of several of thier cookies or just decided not to bake them but the double chocolate chip that I got was very dry and stale like it had been there for a day or so. Overall our experience was not pleasant. It could have been improved with a smile and a much friendlier attitude like she enjoyed working there. According to another review from a wk ago Jacqueline who wrote that review says she had very similar poor attitude and trouble with her coupons being a problem all from a female worker. It sounds like it could be the same female worker and she claims her name is "Raylene".

The management and employees are very personable if you choose to engage with them! The school service is fast and the food is consistently great!
