Birthday @ Benihana! First time, had a blast. Atmosphere was great, as was the food. Yin our chef was amazing (I could have eaten my weight in fried rice, so good.) The manager making the rounds was fun without detracting from the experience. Will be back with a larger party!

Was a pretty great chef for entertainment but the food wasn't amazing and the server was way too busy with having too many tables so we weren't very well taken care of. My friend never did get the beer he ordered. On a good note, staff was trustworthy and honest; I left my phone I the bathroom and it was returned after verifying it was mine.

Worst experience ever at Benihana. This place has deteriorated. The only thing good was my iced tea and the starter soup. The food I received was cold, oily, and sparse. Benihana use to offer generous servings and delicious sauce. Both of the sauces were watery and I was told it varies based on who makes them. What happened to consistency?! I went here tonight because I was craving Benihana fried rice and even that was disappointing. Honestly I would have had a more consistent experience at Panda Express for a fourth of the price.

My family and I have been here plenty of times and never had this experience. Our chef took 40 mins just to come out, constantly saying he forgot something, his attitude wasn't very welcoming and food was bland. My sons noodles were cold and oily but no taste what so ever. My sea food was over cooked and my veggies in my chicken fried rice was burnt. Definitely never had that happen before. However, our server Sophie was amazing! Excellent service from her. Next time we definitely will request Toshi. He definitely set the expectations high for this place. Our $200 meal was a bit disappointing, it was my mothers day dinner with family

Will never be at this location again. Sat at the bar. Husband and I finally had time to ourselves without our four kids. Sushi roll was made all wrong. What made us leave is after we saw a little kid probably around 5 sitting at the bar with her mother and grandmother while they were having a drink. Trashy! I had to walk out or there was going to be a fight. The bartender should should definitely get her license removed!!
