Great historical place to take the family, or even great for a date. One of the best drives in Arizona. Don't forget to take your time and enjoy the scenery. The road is getting resurfaced, but now that it's summer time shouldn't slow you down much. The drive is already much better and safer then it's been in years.

Tourist trap but very popular. Gift shop and restaurant all very crowded, as was the parking. The best part is the drive up from Roosevelt Lake!! I did buy a pair of earrings and my husband got a cool tee shirt. I guess it is a fun sort of destination. And a nice bathroom break from the drive up.

This is a great place to take anyone of town. The food is priced right and tasty. Staff is nice. It gets a little crowded sometimes but I never waited more than 10 min. And the dollar bills on all the wals and horse saddles as seats by the bar make this place very interesting. And make sure to go check out the restrooms they are fun as well :-)

This place is interesting in a kitschy sort of way. It's a bit like Wall Drug in South Dakota, only I liked it better. It's a fun stop for tourists in a unique setting. The restaurant is pretty good and it has outdoor seating with live music, even in the middle of the day in the middle of the week when we were there. They have a gift shop, an ice cream shop, a "museum", and the restaurant, which is has walls completely covered with dollar bills on every conceivable surface.

Great place to visit. Stores to buy souvenirs. A quaint little restaurant with saddles as bar stools or maybe one would prefer a carved wooden jack ass's ass to sit on. Be careful of Sheriff Karen, she will shoot you with a water gun if you give her a hard time. Check out the baby rattlers & enjoy some cactus ice cream at the ice cream souvenir shop. Great place to explore a little, just don't get lost.
