I go to this Sonic pretty often, especially when shakes are 1/2 off after 8 PM 😁 I almost always recieve good quality service and food. Last night I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal, once I got home i realized it was missing 2 so I called and spoke to Mike and he offered to replace the meal during my next visit..... I was completely happy with that. Tonight I went to Sonic to get that replacement meal, Mike was beyond generous and offered to replace my entire order from last night's visit. Thank you Mike!!

No complaints about the food, tastes like every other time I've gone to sonics. And the employees have better customer services skills then I thought the would. But the reason I gave e 3 stars is that is one dirty ass Sonic! Not the inside but on the property, just nasty! And need to do something about the homeless people just chilling there on their property making Sonic look like a homeless shelter.

I had visited sonic at 19th ave and Dunlap in ere was az., 2 night's in a row. On both of these occasions my food was not made how I had requested it. The first night I didn't bother trying to get it fixed, but when the incident repeated itself the following night, that's when I spoke my mind. The manager there was wonderful and happy to compensate me with preparing the food to my liking (himself). You need to keep this guy, he's very customer oriented and wants the customer to be pleased when they leave. I give him 2 thumbs up!!

For what we paid I was disappointed in the food. The service was great. My onion rings tasted like churrios minus the cinnamon n sugar. Everything seemed overly fried and old😐even my daughter's corn dog was gross.

I took way too long in the drive thru. The people in front of us should have been told to go around and order at the parking area like we were told before. The food was good just took too long.
