Coorperate REALLY needs to get this place straight. NEVER and i mean NEVER get food fresh here, even when i ask for EVERYTHING fresh! Its annoying! They try so hard for that drive thru time and forget to make customers happy with fresh and HOT food.. Btw drive thru time should start when we get to the window and pay, NOT when we pull up to order!!! Thats a BIG problem and the MAIN reason they never serve good food.

30 mins for a salad, cheeseburger & value fry. Got home, chicken was not edible. Hard as wood. So I called, was *offered* an exchange (how generous 😐), took managers name down, said I'll come tomorrow. Got there the next day, nasty salad in hand, & was told "so&so has been on vacation".... And that was it. They took the next person in line. So obv I get mad & interrupt "well can I get my $ back then! " & eventually someone else decided to just exchange it. I mean damn, i didn't even put dressing on it, date still on it, receipt, name of mgr, and I was called a liar. Literally. How hard up is Jack in the box? If you don't wanna do a refund or exchange, try serving FOOD. btw, I've never eaten at Jack in the box before and obv never will again

I went drove through the drive thru they promptly gave me my order. Once I drove off I realized my order was wrong. Went back and the young lady that helped me was happy to replace my food. I'd definitely return to that location.

Ok so I know how it is working at a fast food place I worked for jack 4 years n understand that orders get messed up but when it happens twice in one day then that's a problem the food was cold my husband went at 9:26pm on 1-11-18 n ordered 2 combos n a breakfast platter n couple tacos this is where I get mad at the burgers were not what we ordered the bacon on the platter was burnt n looked old we didn't get none of the tacos I'm 8 months pregnant n of course starving like Marvin n now I have to wait dnt mean to give a bad review but come on twice in one day jack really needs to break down on his employees cause this is sum donkey balls well I'm done fyi thank u to the manager that was on on 3rd shift for fixing n making sure this lil gobblen baby eats.... n PLEASE FIXXXX THE PHONE...........😀
