I love my in n out but I was incredibly uncomfortable with how they handled me bringing attention to the mold on my bun. I work at a fast food place myself and it might just be our company but our guests feel reassured and happy when they leave after a complaint, but when I told the lady and showed her the mold I was asked "what, do you want me to make you a new one?" That's a great solution, however it shouldn't have been a question in my opinion. Not trying to sound like a princess but one again, my company would never leave it at that. The tone she gave made me feel like she sabotaged it but that's just me.

Amazing service! I felt like they were there to take care of me...I forgot to order a gluten free burger and they fixed it with a smile and delivered it to me at my table. It is nice to be treated so kindly and graciously!! This experience makes in-n-out stand out from any other hamburger joint I've been to.

First time trying this place. It was really good. Food was fresh and better than any fast food establishment I have been too so far. Simple menu but effective. Staff was friendly and fast. Place was packed so expect that.

Always great food. Just wish they had a better system when they are busy. But it's a great place to eat.

There's a guy that takes my order, (the last 3 or 4 times) half way down the drive. I rather enjoy speaking to a human instead of a computerized, ANYTHING. It's a wonderful change at the end of a long day. The food is fresh and bombdiggaty, so getting great customer service also is a bonusā£
