i had a waitress named Lexi, she was horrible. the food took over 30mins and I simply ordered sliders. my drink was empty for over 10 minutes, the ice was practically melted down. a glass of water was asked for and was only brought to the table after informing a different waitress of our wait. the setting was not busy and we were there way longer than expected because of the slow inconsiderate service. hooters never really has the best service, it's just a reminder why I dont eat there and is not recommendable.

I would have given 5 stars but our waitress felt the need to assign us a new waitress one early on. Weird??? Probably a good thing, Sedona was awesome. Kept the drinks filled for a table of 7, very knowledgeable about the menu items and very nice.

Hostess was nice service was awful! Got our drinks but didn’t have anyone come back to our table to order food for 25 min. When we asked for our server or help no one was helpful and I heard that’s not our table! Had my four year old daughter and She was getting upset because she was hungry. She even asked where the server was. Not a good place at all. Wasn’t busy at all and now I know why. Went across the street to Buffalo Wild Wings and place was packed and got our food right way.

By far one of the best Hooters I have visited over the years. Great service from Sedona, great food, great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

First off the waitress never gave her name.Second off when they bring our food they bring the wrong shrimp. So then I tell the waiter that it’s The wrong sauce then she proceeds to fix them. When she bring them back they were redipped in the sauce we wanted. So then the managers walking around asking people I am how is everything going But when he gets closer to our table he doesn’t stop so I called them over to tell him that out shrimp had the wrong sauce and he ask me am I sure I said yes then I processed to tell him they were redipped and he tell me I know This is one of the worst experience I have ever had with Hooters
