The only good thing about the place was the greeting we received from the hostess. Once we were seat our visit went downhill from there. We were never offered refills for our drinks, when our food came it was saturated with and dripping grease so badly in formed pools covering half our trays, and when our waitress finally came back around instead of offer to fix or correct it in some way gave us the exuse of, "It must be the onions." Our onions were fresh not grilled. My wife talked me into going to Chili's and giving them another try since they changed their menu. Congratulations Chili's you've manage to go from bad to worse. I'll never go to Chili's again nor will I ever recommend to anyone else.!

Food is great and the specials are awesome! The $5 margaritas are a great deal. I would gave given it 5 stars but didn't because ever time my family goes into the metro center location the servers in the bar are never friendly.

Great service and very kid friendly. Our server was making jokes and laughing with my son the entire meal. Wife loved the fajitas. It was a great experience for a chilis dinner.

Pretty awful experience. It took about 40 minutes from the time we were seated until we got our food. There were only 2 of us. Just incredibly slow all the way around. Our food was cold. They warmed up the chicken tenders in the microwave for us. I thought that was a nice touch. I ate my steak cold because I was afraid of what they would do to it if I sent it back. My mashed potatoes were cold. My rice looked old. Everything about this Chili's just sucked. I don't think we'll be going back here ever again. Just an awful experience.

The Friday night very busy but they found room in the bar for us and sat us at a table in the rar area. The server was great, the drinks were really good, the food was outstanding- super big portions! We had the to split the fajita plate and it was still with some left to take home! Definitely will go back!
