So far I don't have any complaints. Service was great, waiter was friendly, and food was good and cooked as ordered. I definitely recommend their strawberry lemonade and bottomless fries! Their Orange cream soda is delicious, too. Clean atmosphere. Enjoy!

I've had good experiences at this location in the past, but my most recent experience was absolutely terrible. It took our server 20 minutes to get to us to take our drink orders, then it took 15 minutes to actually get our drinks to us, and THEN another 40 minutes from the time we ordered food to the time the food arrived. When it did arrive, mine was prepared incorrectly, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be remade. I asked four separate times for a refill basket of fries, and never got a single one. The server never came by to check if I needed a refill on my drink, I had to wave her down and inform her, and that was the only refill I got throughout the whole visit. When it came to the bill, I was charged for two adult size sodas, even though my child's meal was supposed to have his drink included in the price. I had to ask them to remove that charge. It was just a really awful dining experience. They did deduct the price of my meal since it took so long and was prepared incorrectly, but did nothing else to make up for the truly abysmal overall experience. To make things even worse, that was the only meal I was able to eat that day, I'd had no breakfast or lunch, so I was really looking forward to a nice dinner, and ended up being very disappointed.

My family and I came here after graduation it was around 3 on a Monday they sat us down and our server took forever to get us our drinks. We waited literly 2 hours and a half to place our order. And the food came an hour later. In the meantime they did not refill our drinks and did not bring any appetizer fries. The restaurant was empty when we got there and as families came they left before we left. Michelle was our waiter and she was extremely slow and when we would ask for something she wouldn't bring it. So we asked other servers and they would say they were going to call our server but she never came. It was great food but terrible service. If you have an entire afternoon to waste come here you can spend the entire day waiting.

I was greeted upon entry and was told that the wait would be about 20 minutes and it was. A family came in after me and were seated faster which had me wondering, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Then we were seated and helped after 5 minutes. It took approximately 5 more minutes for our drinks to arrive (we both ordered water) and our food took about 10 minutes which is not bad at all. One of our orders was wrong. We ordered boneless wings and we received bone in. Later when out burgers came everything was fine. The waitress seemed like she was extremely rushed although she didn't have many tables. I saw her run on a couple occasions. The weirdest and least normal seaming thing about the meal was that at the end, the waitress grabbed the payment terminal and did her own review. Completely biased and unprofessional.

AMAZING SERVICE! Our waitress was there making sure we were good and made for good conversation. She was also juggling a few other tables and payed attention to them as well with the same respect. I had the royal red robin, was absolutely delicious great first choice if you've never been there before.
