Horrible staff!!! Including the manager.. we asked for a refund because our food was cold and it tasted disgusting, they made a big deal out of it because we preferred to get our money back and not let them heat it up!

Well, another one bites the dust. This place used to be great, but now not so much. The amount of chicken they put on a sandwich is a joke. They are charging 7 bucks for 1oz of meat? Seriously guys? Not going back to this location. The worst part is the owner/manager made my sandwich

I've been to several Boston Markets over time, and this was one of the worst. Upon entering, there is a smell of something offensive, kind of like sewer gas. I visited at a slow time of day, but several tables were dirty. The table I used was uneven and worn. The entire dining area looked neglected. The food in the display case looked completely unappetizing. The veggies were dried and shriveled, the mac and cheese was gluey, and even the employee commented that the potatoes were not warm and needed to be stirred a lot in order to pass as food. The chicken, which is moist and extremely flavorful at other locations, was dry and stringy. The gravy had absolutely zero flavor and only served to wet down my gloppy potatoes. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the employee I dealt with was gracious and friendly to all the customers engaging them in small talk, and appeared to be the only employee there that cared about the state of the place.
