We ordered two footlong subs. One of the subs was made incorrectly. We drove back to subway so that they could remake the sandwich and ended up waiting over 15 minutes. Very poor customer service and very slow employees. Take my word, it's better to drive a little further to a different restaurant than waste your time here.

If I could give a one star I would. This place is the worst! My kids used their gift card from Christmas to get a couple foot long sandwiches, mind you nothing special and didn't get drinks or chips. They charged my kids $21.00 for two sandwiches!!!!! Refused to give them a receipt, obviously we know why!!! I called to speak with the manager and was told she was too busy to speak with me, then hung up on me. I called numerous times, at which they then wouldn't answer and eventually took the phone off the hook. You all are liars and cheats!!!! How do you sleep at night or look at yourselves in the mirror knowing you stole from children. Thankfully, my kids response was....Well they must have needed the money more than us. Maybe they were hungry. I hope every employee and manager reads this review because you should be ashamed of yourself. Never go to this place!!!!

This place is garbage. They treat their customers like trash when THEY mess the order up. This place has no clue what customer service is. I recommend not coming to this store. If all they care about is their pocket and not the customer who fills their pockets then we all should eat at a location that cares for those who are responsible for their paychecks. I know I will be.

Hardly any tuna on my sandwich. Lady behind counter was rude. Cookies over cooked. No ice in soda machine. Soda was flat. Tried to charge me separate for soda, chips and sandwich instead of making it a meal. When I asked for extra napkins, as none were provided in lobby, she said she already put them in the bag. I had to explain I wanted a few extra. The is a terrible place. This all took place while the store manager was present. I feel bad for the one employee, a young man, who seemed to have some sense about him.
