You guys always doing excellent job putting together large orders for our family. Today some of the food in one of the bins didn't look quite as fresh and without even saying anything Daniella removed the bin and told me fresh chicken would be out in 5 minutes. I appreciated she recognized the quality and took care of it. I am here on my 20th trip and one of the items was not available. The manager handed me a free drink cup and said he would have some made fresh for my family feast. This is why I keep coming back. 4/30/18. Great service!!

This Panda Express is awful. Every time I have been here the food is practically inedible, tastes old like it has been sitting under the heat lamps for way longer than it should. The rice is hard , one time it was soggy which probably means they overcooked it. The time I did mention this to the manager he said, " next time you come in call and we'll make it fresh. " I was not only confused but distubred that a place like this would need someone to call and tell them " Hey just a heads up, make sure you have fresh food." I don't know if its because they aren't that busy so they can't cook a lot at one time or they are just lazy. On another occasion, the Shanghai steak was cooked fresh however the onions weren't cooked all the way and they were chopped in such big pieces. They were very hard, not soft like I was expecting, instead it tasted like they chopped them and then mixed them with the meat after it was cooked. I've been to many Panda Express's around the valley and I can say that they all have been consistent with the food being FRESH and served within a timely manner after it's been cooked. Rice is always cooked well, onions cooked all the way. I can honestly say that this location is definitely consistent with one thing for sure and that is serving old crappy, stale versions of Panda Express food. I will not be coming back here and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

It stunk of rancid grease so bad I had to leave before ordering. Normally I like to get teriyaki chicken at Panda Express but this location smelled so bad it was nearly gagging me

Crappiest Panda Express ever, they didn't want to make anymore brown rice when they still had an hour to go. Thank God there are other PEs in the area, the mall or the one on Thunderbird provide much better service.
