This experience actually deserves a negative star rating with the racial profiling experience that I encountered. I'm new to the area on a road trip from Baltimore promoting my mobile app business and this is the experience I had to face here in Arizona. I am completely appauled at what transpired. I was minding my business with a nap in my car after driving and eating lunch when someone taps on my window about a manager Alexis calling the police on me. Why? The police shows up and asks me have I been drinking anything etc. An I respond no I'm just relaxing before I have to finish driving. The officer was cool about it and just left. I walk in the store and ask for the manager Alexis who I then ask about her boss. She responds with she asked me to move when she never said anything. Bottomline I will never spend a dime here or recommend any of my clients or friends and family who travel here. Ridiculous!

Just ordered from here and the pizza tastes stale. Like it had been sitting there for a while, doesn't taste fresh at all. Little Ceasers would have been better.

I ordered my food at 7:15 and went to the store at 7:49. Only 34 minutes after I ordered my food and they had already cancelled my order. Worst customer service ever. I literally can't believe they think this is a way to run a business. If I choose delivery it takes way longer to receive my food. I don't understand how I was in the wrong. I will not be going back to this location.

FYI if you use this PH location for delivery and pay by credit or debit: CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT TO ENSURE IT MATCHES YOUR RECEIPT!!!! The last two times I've ordered, they have overcharged me. First time, the manager blamed the driver, saying he must have altered the receipt. Now, months later, they did it again! I haven't heard back from my second complaint to see what the excuse is this time. Since I deliberately signed the receipt with my own pen, which had ink the driver would have had a heck of a time matching, I wonder whom they'll blame now??!!

Love the food. But, my order was gotten wrong a lot more than desired.
