I ordered a sub online at approximately 8:30 am for pickup at 9:05 am. When I arrived around 9:06 am the sub was not ready and the only in the building employee was on her phone when I walked in. She did not acknowledge or greet me and when I asked why the sub wasn't ready she swore under her breath. Then she proceeded to tell me the ready time is not guarenteed. I explained that I understood this but that since there was no one in the store and I seemed to be the first customer that it was surprising that it wasn't ready. She did not apologize and continued to make excuses. I then asked if she had put extra dressing on my sandwich. She said yes and then opened the sandwich showing her the two circles of dressing she had actually put on the sandwich. She then stated that the order did not say extra even though she didn't even put a light amount on to begin with. I then showed her where the receipt said(M) for more and she continued to argue this point. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

This location isn't bad for a Subway. Then why 2 stars? Because it's Subway people! Subway is like the Walmart of sandwiches! Subway is also in Walmarts! Thanks Jared😫😡

Inconsistency is the main issue here, although even when some days are better than others, it still is not that pleasant. This location is no comparison to the location next to Target by P.V. mall which is excellent by all means. It is almost as if each resteraunt were run by different food chains because of the vast differences between the two places(e.g. quality food, customer service, and atmosphere). I only go here if I have to as a last option for a quick meal.
