We stopped by yesterday, it was very busy. Odysea Plaza was hosting Bubble Mania plus the weekend visitors like us. They definitely need more servers and a hostess for the crowds. Even with our waitress, also the hostess being overwhelmed, she gave great service. She kept checking in and keeping up with the craziness. Our food came out at a reasonable time and was delicious. We will definitely visit again. We would highly encourage hiring additional employees.

We came in with 8 people 4 kids and 4 adults. The inside of the restaurant was only about 40% full. It took 40 minutes for drinks. No refills were provided. Only half of our table received their food after one hour. Our appetizers came out with the food. One person ordered a plain hamburger and did not receive that and asked for it to be returned since most of the table was done with the meal. This was repeated to the waitress two more times who actually had the nerve to say that the chefs were tires and angry that they had to remake it and messed up twice so the managers personaly had to make it. Hello we said forget it three times. Then she slipped it in the to go bag and charged us for a hamburger that we had said after the first mess up we didn't want since it took one hour and was served opposite the way it was ordered. We chose to not make a fuss since we had already politely asked 3 times to forget the remake of one burger. I will never go back! What a horrible experience when you go to have a nice meal with friends and are treated so poorly.

We sat there for 20 minutes and no one came to the table. They were talking in the back hanging out doing nothhhinng. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES SEATED. Guess that should have been the first warning sign.

Went there right after aquarium visit with wife and kids; good food and the kids menu is inventive, kid size dogs and then burgers on Hawaiian rolls. :). Our two year old almost ate the whole thing. We ended up talking with the manager and owner and they were incredibly nice. They had a blogger night ongoing but took time to talk to us "regular" customers. Good job guys! :)

Hannah was the best waitress for this business and she doesn't even work there anymore. I highly suggest you hire her again, because the service was beyond excellent. I will keep coming if the business supports Hannah. P.S. The tips are not enough.
