This was excellent for a fondue place. But you need to be prepared to take a long time if you do the full 4 courses! 2-3 hours total. Also, you need to be prepared to cook your own food. Favorites included the New Orleans cheese fondue, peppercorn ranch on our salad, the Cajun flavored entree, and the s'mores dessert fondue!

Nothing bad to say... we've been before so we knew what to expect. Service was great and our server seemed extremely interested in learning about Alaska after telling her that's where we live. She explained the different dishes and fondues which made it easy to pair things up. Would definitely recommend and go back next time we're in Scottsdale.

We were waiting while staff talked although we had reservations and they were not busy. The meal was great! The ambiance left something to be desired. This is located in Scottsdale. Just that would lead people to believe it to be elegant aside from the amazing reputation of The Melting Pot! I felt it overpriced for what was on the menu: a choice of two selections. So, you don't want vegetarians coming to your restaurant? They included tip for a party of three. What? This would have been nice to know prior. Then the manager said we have a gift for you up front. The staff at the front desk looked baffled when I mentioned it. They threw some mints off the counter in a bag with a box of "chocolate covered strawberries" only to find that box filled with, not strawberries, but a zip lock baggie of chocolate pieces. Not impressive. For $200, I would expect above and beyond for our special family dinner out. We will not be returning.

Lovely dining as well as great service. I come here a lot and never have a complaint. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend

Expensive as all get-out but well worth the cost. One of the best nights I had along with my wife while dining. Very intimate environment waiters and waitresses are very attentive.
