This place has a good selection, not just burgers. They do have a ton of different burgers though. We really liked that they have a allergen menu on their website. This made it easy to find options that were gluten, dairy and soy free. They even have a gluten free beer that was pretty good! Parking was plentiful and easy when I went to this location last.

If I could give it negative -2 stars, I would! Easily the worst dining experience I've had in a long time! A decent sized group of us (10 adults, 4 kids) were looking for a casual dinner after a 3 year old's birthday party. Sensibly, I called ahead to make sure there would be seating... I was told "definitely, maybe a 2 or 3 minute wait". We ended up waiting 70 minutes just to sit down! Our waitress was borderline attentive to the table as a whole, but screwed up half our orders. We still had to wait almost 75 minutes just to get wrong meals - 4 of the 10 adults' meals were wrong, and all but 2 orders were cold! All of this after we kept being told "the kitchen is swamped, it'll be out soon!". Apparently "soon" means they cook it and put it off to the side for 45 minutes. We called the manager over at the end, and she basically shrugged her shoulders and said hey we're busy. Red Robin guaranteed they'll never have any of our business again, every aspect of our 3 hour debacle there was terrible

Negative 5 stars it so sad to see a manger look lethargic and have an expression as if she doesn't want to be their , poor lady home life must be bad. The server was extremely frazzled very clear she's never done an opening and when questioned about food rather then answer she yells ill get the manger .... Better coaching and training for staff by a better manager . very sad to see these people ask for tips but don't intend to give almost no service . please visit tempe market place or Chandler red robin . they care for customers

Worse experience EVER!! I'll just get the good out right now, and that was our server Ray. On to the worse dining experience!!!! We show up for lunch at approximately 11:20am, only to be met by nobody, so we proceeded to seat OURSELVES in the bar area. Short time later a manager came to our table (later identified as the GM) and told us that our 4yr old child wasn't allowed to dine in the bar area because corporate policy states nobody under 21 allowed in bar area. So as she forced us to move and lead us to the the dining room, she very rudely slapped the sign stating nobody under 21 allowed. I immediately felt like she embarrassed me because I was more worried about feeding the kid then reading signs on the wall so I got pissed and quite frankly should have left then but didn't. Anyway, so the GM sits us in a section knowing damn well no server was even in the building yet to serve us, but never once offered to get us drinks started while we wait so we sat parched until our server Ray arrived at work. After FINALLY placing a drink order and upon delivery the drinks fell off the tray, which prolonged getting drinks even longer. Drinks arrive and we order food. Never got the broccoli we ordered, got fries when we ordered onion rings, took the onion rings a long time to come out. I might not ever dine at a Red Robin again. I've been in the restaurant business going on 15yrs and this experience blew my mind. The table next to us had an even worse experience. The only time we spoke with a manager (Just happened to be the GM) is when she was moving and belittling us all at the same time. Never again will we dine with Jennifer Dallas and her confused staff. I'll make sure this spreads to all my industry friends. You might make fun of other people, but not me and my family. Im Ashamed you run a restaurant you are clueless.

The service was awful... my FAMILY was to enjoy the night and also they were suppose to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my brother. They served us cold fries, cold as they were sitting for awhile. We called and asked for a table because it was kinda a big party, Only to get there 30 -45 mins later and still have to wait for another 30 mins to get seated. Every woman that worked that night had the worst attitudes, like if the hated to do their job. It was actually weird. Except the manger, she's the one who got us hot fries, very quickly at that. Then when we paid, it seemed like everyone got upset because we had tax exemption. Not a good experience
