Worker decides to stand where i can visibly watch him eat behind the bar! He greeted me with a full mouth and then proceeded to finish his sandwich before helping me. I have no problem with a food service employee eating while working, but the situation in which I saw him eating is just something I do not wish to see! Made the sandwich just fine, but gave me buffalo sauce instead of sriracha.

By far the worst subway have ever been to. Out of four times I’ve been here three times I’ve gotten sick. The first two times I went the lady at the counter didn’t even speak at best gave me a grunt. Seeing as I live in Gold Canyon figured I’d give it another chance until I saw their employees sitting outside on his day off in between shifts or whatever riding his bicycle smoking during a cigarette remnants all over the place. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was just one but there’s a landmine field’s worth of cigarette butts all over the place each and every day. If you don’t have a life try finding another part-time job to occupy some time instead of loitering and trashing This beautiful city

I have been there dozens of times, but not any more. All the employees that served me in the PAST were very nice. Now they have this man from India, ( that's what he said himself) who barely understands a little English. If I ask for a ham sandwich with veggies and NO cheese, he will immediately ask me what type of cheese I want. If I ask for a little black pepper he will put peppers, and if I ask for bell peppers he will add black pepper. One day, as I saw some peppers on top of my sandwich I kindly asked him to remove them and explained that I had said "bell peppers". Instead of simply apologizing, he insisted I had said "peppers". Once again I said "No, I didn't", but he rudely insisted "Yes, you did". As I always hit the same man, and none of the other nice employeed there, I will never go back again.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. The WORST! This is hands-down the worst subway ever. Completely inept employees who lack even basic common sense. I stopped in to get a sandwich at 11 AM on a Sunday afternoon and they have a sign on the door that says credit card machine down... I walk inside and confirm with them that they cannot take credit card. I go down the street and go to an ATM and withdraw $20 and come back in and as I walk in they told me that they cannot except credit card again. I pull out two $10 bills and said that's not a problem I just went and got cash. They then tell me that they can't give me any change because their drawer won't open... Could've use that information in the first place and I would've just left and not returned with cash. Completely wasted 30 minutes of my time and no food either. I told them if they can't take credit card or cash they should just lock their door and say that they are temporarily closed because it would save everyone a lot of time and frustration. Pass forever on this Dudway.

Horrible, I ordered a Chicken Bacon melt, and the sandwich "artist" prepared wrong I had to tell him what to do plus he for got the MELT part, this isn't the first time this happens here.
