If I could give this store zero stars I would. I ordered the big box dinner for delivery to my home. What I ordered one of the pizzas was correct garlic Parmesan sauce. The pizza was made incorrect with marinara sauce. When I called in about the order the Manager Destiny asked me to bring the pizza into the store and she would exchange it for the correct pizza. Mind you I paid a delivery charge of $3.50 plus tip the delivery driver $5. Horrible resolution to their mistake it was an insult she asked me to bring the pizza to the store but an even more insult to ask for the pizza back. Who does that. At her low quality of customer service she will not make it far in this world.

More consistent than other pizza huts. A different location of Pizza hut was the only pizza place to ever give me pizza with unmelted cheese. The edges were still there, not melted at all. I thought that was nuts, but since it was a 2 hour wait for just that, I baked it at home. Took me years to go back. Anyways, unlike the other locations, this pizza hut has given me no problems yet other than a delay of 10 minutes one of the many times I have gone. Let's face it, some chains are consistent, others not. Pizza hut is not. While I am cautious of other locations due to very very bad experiences on more than one occasion, this location is fine so far, and I have ordered many many pizzas since I moved to the area. I will order more from here. Good quality and consistent. Still will be cautious at other locations though.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in probably 10 years. It used to be my favorite pizza. Pan crust, bubbly golden brown cheese and the perfectly crispy, tasty pepperoni. I mainly stopped ordering from them because of the prices. They will advertise a deal at 12.00 or 19.99 and by the time you were done it was 43.00. I HATE THAT. Especially if all you got extra was cheese. I ordered them tonight because I had a coupon for a medium pizza 3 toppings 6.00. It ended up being 14.00, after all the hidden charges. Doable. I was anticipating the pizza I grew up with in elementary school with the book-it program, the one that tasted so amazing. I was seriously disappointed. The pizza was cold, the crust was soggy and even though I was charged 3 bucks for extra cheese, they must have forgotten to put it on. Pizza Hut, you suck now.

Can't fulfill simple orders correctly. The website had it correct, the receipt had it correct. The sauce was incorrect. And I'm out $20 and am pretty angry about it.
