This El Pollo Loco location sucked. Now don't get me wrong, I love El Pollo Loco in general. I ordered the New Shrimp Salad, and the Shrimp was cold and hard, like who knows when it was cooked, the Avocado was old and brown, and there was some kind of liquid in the bowl. So I took it back and told the person in charge, that I did want this, so he offered a 2 to a 4 piece Chicken Dinner in place of the Bowl. So I got the 3 piece dark meat, and sure enough, this also sucked. The leg was a little find, but the thighs were way over cooked. When you take a piece of dark meat, and it falls off the bone, and it is dry as hell, you know it's been over cooked. In other words, this place sucked. One Star is as low as you can mark on here. I would only give it a quarter of a star, because the soda was good.

Employees at this location do not clean the condiment station, the tables, the floor, nor do they stock condiments, lids, nor do they clean or change the trash. Even when business is slow, none of these things get done, but employees have plenty of time to sit down at dirty tables to take breaks.

The chicken at this location on 99th Ave wasn't cook all the way and was still bloody. Person attrmpted to make it right but didnt understand how chicken is cooked. I will go to the other location on 67th Ave and Indian School which is a 1000% better.
